A CD compilation of mermaid songs from Brazil, Portugal and Cape Verde

Songs From The Sea was inspired by all the images of mermaids I saw when I lived in Rome in the early 90s. Her presence was seemingly ubiquitous, with each fountain I passed, her innumerable depictions in Renaissance paintings, on antique maps, and in seaside towns and villages throughout coastal Italy.
